Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of FeeFlow, including wallet-based access, policy configuration, operational tooling, and execution-related records.
Acceptance
By accessing or using FeeFlow, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the product.
Use of FeeFlow
FeeFlow is a software product for post-launch token operations, policy-based treasury automation, execution records, and related tools.
You may use FeeFlow only for lawful purposes and only with wallets, tokens, accounts, and assets you are authorized to access or manage.
Wallet connection and authorization
Use of certain features may require wallet connection, message signing, and verification of token-related permissions or administrative authority.
You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, signing activity, device security, connected sessions, and any action taken through your wallet or account.
Policies, automation, and execution
FeeFlow may allow you to configure policies, routing instructions, execution settings, or other operational rules related to token revenue, treasury actions, buybacks, burns, distributions, or recordkeeping.
You are responsible for reviewing and understanding any policy, transaction, approval flow, destination, threshold, timing rule, or execution setting before using it.
Availability of any automated or assisted feature does not shift responsibility for the underlying action from you to FeeFlow.
No advice or fiduciary role
FeeFlow is software only. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, trading, treasury, or financial advice.
Nothing in FeeFlow should be treated as a recommendation, endorsement, or instruction regarding how you should manage assets, treasury decisions, token supply, or revenue allocation.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing all actions before approval or execution, including wallets, permissions, token selections, routing logic, addresses, allocations, thresholds, timing, and transaction details.
You are also responsible for compliance with any laws, rules, contractual obligations, tax requirements, disclosure duties, or internal governance requirements that apply to your use of FeeFlow.
Third-party services and networks
FeeFlow may depend on third-party wallets, blockchain networks, smart contracts, APIs, infrastructure providers, or external services that are not controlled by FeeFlow.
FeeFlow is not responsible for failures, delays, errors, outages, pricing changes, exploits, forks, congestion, or other issues caused by third-party services or network conditions.
Availability and changes
FeeFlow is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or remove any part of the product at any time, with or without notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous compatibility, error-free operation, or that any feature will remain available in its current form.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeeFlow and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other losses, damages, or claims arising from or related to your use of the product.
This includes losses related to user error, misconfiguration, wallet compromise, signing activity, unauthorized access, failed transactions, token activity, third-party services, network conditions, smart contract behavior, or operational decisions made using FeeFlow.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Your continued use of FeeFlow after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
